With all the “things” going on in the world today, it’s easy for us to loose focus on what the important “things” are. When we were attending Calvary Chapel
Camarillo a few years ago, one of the worship songs we sang was about the “Main Thang”, i.e. keeping the main thing, the main thing! The “Main Thang” of course is our LORD & Savior Jesus Christ. We need to remember that no matter what is going on in our lives or the world around us, Jesus has it all under control. We need to bring those issues that are affecting us or have us “worried” to Him in prayer because He cares about each of us and what is going on in our lives. He even cares about the little things.

For those of us that have kids or grandkids, and yes even great grandkids, we can relate a little. I know that I care deeply about my kids & grandkids and what affects them and I love them more than words can describe. As a matter of fact, I would even gladly give my life for them without a second thought. Hey! Wait just a minute! I think (I know) that the LORD gave His life for us so that we can be with Him forever, because HE loves us more than we know. What a wonderful Savior!

2010 CMP Missionary Conference … Julene Webb

Come and see what the LORD has for you at the 2010 CMP Missionary Conference in Flagstaff, AZ on March 19 – 21, 2010. Arizona … Curt Webb

Well, the LORD has some exciting things for us this coming year. We are in the process of planning the Missionary Conference for March of this year. Please be in prayer for this event and that the LORD’s will to be done. We will be having an Arizona committee meeting on Friday, March 05 2010, at 7:00 PM, at our house.

We have need of people who want to help out with the planning and various tasks involved with the Conference. We also have some construction needs coming up in May/June 2010 in Northern Arizona, plus additional construction needs of skilled and unskilled laborers at the church in Hyder probably in late spring. And of course, Operation Christmas Stocking is pretty much a year round operation.

If have the desire to help out but don’t know how or where, please call and we can help find a “fit” for. If you would like to participate in Missionary Conference or other projects, please let us know.

Hyder, AZ … Hank & Bobbi Rowell

If you read last months news letter, which I hope you did, much work goes is putting it out thanks to Bill. I told you about what we need to start the building project at Hyder. As I type this we have $22,310.00 toward the $40,000.00 we need to raise before we can start.

The plans for the building are paid for and submitted to the county. Thank you for your prayers and support. We have presented the project to RV parks, small groups, farmers in the Hyder area, and any other people that would listen. God has opened doors and we hope the rest of the funds will come in soon. We would like to start building before the Snow Birds leave, or should I call them Winter visitors. They are neat people.

Last week I brought a Fuse ball table that was given to us out for the kids to play. The went wild over it. I hope to have video at the next general meeting in April. Don't miss it. We will have an update on the building project also.

Operation Christmas Stocking … Bill Kayter

Thank you for your continued prayers! We have just finished putting together a CD of pictures from 2009 as the stockings were handed out. If you like a copy please email me at bkayter@sbcglobal.net with your regular ‘snail-mail’ address and we will send one along to you.

As this year is opening up we have been greatly blessed by folks wanting to sew stockings! It is amazing and definitely the Lord. Beside prayer, which is always our greatest need and request, this year it appears we will be tight on funding, especially for blankets. Would you pray that the Lord would guide and bless us with His direction and resources?! Thank you! :)
